Bhavna Solecki is an intuitive healer, shiatsu therapist and founder of Samadhi. She is happy to share her skills derived from many years of real life experience with different healing modalities and meditation techniques. In every session and group workshops the aim is to restore a sense of inner harmony by giving space and support to each individuals healing abilities. Healing has almost become a pathway of creating a community based on self awareness. The goal of Samadhi is to give a special experience that will warm the heart, fill you up with love and help you build friendship bridges.
The foundation of Bhavnas healing work is a transformative experience which helps to connect mind, body and soul. According to her, Healing is an ongoing spiritual journey which is full of pain and suffering leading to a state of bliss. She dedicates her work with love and heart felt gratitude to all her teachers, friends, family and clients who have been her guide in showing her the light of awakening and self healing.
Bhavna Solecki is originally from India. Her passion was always to create, to be different. Coming from a traditional family she was brought up with a lot of spiritual practice. She started her journey in creating by designing heart felt colors onto fabrics. After a few years, still not contented her journey finally brought her to Vancouver. Bhavna studied Shiatsu therapy at Langara College Vancouver and by the time she finished she was totally confident of her path.
Bhavna has been practicing Zen Shiatsu (Masunaga style) since 2003 and has volunteered her time as the secretary of the Shiatsu Therapy Association of BC. She has dedicated her time over the years in creating workshops to create awareness in society by bringing harmony and balance to personal lives and work places. She has been giving sessions to people from all over the world and has helped created a global awareness in understanding the physical and emotional suffering of the body.
Shiatsu is a holistic therapy which deals with you as a whole. Like other therapies Shiatsu treatments are not only looking to treat the symptoms. The aim is to rebalance the body by looking into the root cause of the problem, going deep into its origin.

We are all loving human beings. I have enjoyed my time with everybody and am ready to explode the love and healing now. My journey has been a very interesting one .I would like to welcome everybody in this journey to be a part of Samadhi. The space will require dropping all the beliefs we have been conditioned with and start to love ourselves and others around.
What is awareness is a big question in everybody’s mind?
The simple answer is being awake and present to the moment. We have the key to self mastery in virtually every area of our lives if we can identify and understand the quality of awareness. Underlying all meditation techniques we can find a quality of awareness.
According to great masters like Lao Tzu most of us move through our lives like sleepwalkers. Only certain experiences in our life bring awareness where we stop and suddenly become aware of every moment, sound and thought.
Awareness is the key to being self directed, centered and free in every aspect of our lives.
To live life more attentively, mindfully and meditatively with love, care and consciousness we need to break free of the conditioned belief systems. So why wait for the moment.
Most of our pain is a result of mental and emotional suppression, and resistance to what is actually happening in and around us. The now is the unchanging dimension of the timeless present where past and future don’t exist.
